- Have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Not have any driving bans or serious motoring convictions
- Provide valid identification and proof of address
2.2 Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due before or at the time of vehicle collection
- Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Additional charges may apply for optional extras, delivery, or excess mileage
2.3 Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to one day's hire
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, in which case a full refund will be provided
2.4 Vehicle Use
During the hire period, you agree to:
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
- Not allow unauthorised drivers to operate the vehicle
- Keep the vehicle secure when not in use
- Not smoke in the vehicle
- Not transport hazardous materials
- Not use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or off-road driving
- Not take the vehicle outside the United Kingdom without prior written consent
- Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately
2.5 Insurance and Liability
- Comprehensive insurance is included in all hire rates
- Standard excess applies (varies by vehicle category)
- Excess reduction options are available at additional cost
- You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or breach of these terms
- Personal belongings are not covered by our insurance
2.6 Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel
- Vehicles must be returned with a full tank
- Refuelling charges apply if the vehicle is not returned full
